Sunday - Pizza casserole (first frozen portion) - chose this because we were babysitting and it was easy make quickly after the kids left
Monday - Grilled cheese (altered plan due to illness)
Tuesday - Fish sticks (I had Ian's gluten free)
Wednesday - crock pot - Beef stew
Thursday - Meatballs (last of frozen), white rice
Friday - Chicken
Saturday - Hash brown soup, mini corn on the cob
