Originally, we were supposed to make lasagna rolls today, but we skipped pancakes this morning so Mike could sleep in since he is sick. I'm also fighting off this illness, so I when it came time to cook this afternoon, I wasn't interested. So, we bumped breakfast to dinner. Natalie was very happy.
Sunday - Pancakes; the kids each has half a banana, too
Monday - maple and apple chicken sausage with maple bacon baked beans
Tuesday - Fish, with fish sticks for the kids, mashed potatoes, beets (because I bought them without really thinking what to put them with)
Wednesday - crock pot - pot roast (freeze half of the raw roast) - make it with potatoes, carrots, beef broth and Worcester sauce.
Thursday - Meatballs (from frozen), white rice, green beans (and maybe broccoli, too)
Friday - corn chowder (from frozen), some sort of bread for the kids
Saturday - probably the lasagna rolls
