Crock Pot Chicken Terriyaki

We finally found wheat free soy sauce, so I got to try it for the first time!  We both loved this chicken as it was something totally different from everything else we make.  The kids haven't really tired it yet, but its only been offered twice so far. 

1 lb chicken (cut up, raw)
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup soy sauce (gluten free available)
1/3 cup brown sugar
garlic powder

Cook on low for, well, I'm not really sure.  We cooked it for like 8 hours.  Not sure if you could do less time or not.  

You can double this recipe, too.  We easily froze the extra.
