Crock Pot Chilli

Here is the original recipe link.  I decided to type it up myself in case someday that link fails. 

This is wheat / gluten and egg free.  Its dairy free, too, if you leave off the cheese.   Fairly certain its soy free, too. 

Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
3 tbs chilli powder
onion powder
garlic powder
salt
pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar (optional)

What to Do:
  1. Brown hamburger. 
  2. Rinse beans.  
  3. Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir.  
  4. Cook on low for 10 hours (or on high for 4 hours).  
  5. Serve.  Shredded cheddar on top optional. 

We often also serve it with rolls and apple slices so that the kids will eat those.

It makes enough for us to freeze at least one other meal.
