Sunday - Pork roast, mashed potatoes (from frozen), winter squash (last of frozen)
Monday - Hash and corn (quick and easy so I can go out to a late afternoon meeting)
Tuesday - Fish
Wednesday - this was supposed to be hash brown soup, but we never got the hash browns! We replaced it with maple and apple chicken sausage with maple baked beans which was supposed to be for Friday.
Thursday - had to change the menu around and no longer know what we ate this day.
Saturday - Family dinner
